Between 2002 and 2004, CME Group acquired 71 units of 3 storey shop-office at Taman Sri Mahkota, Bandar Indera Mahkota, Kuantan Pahang to venture into the property rental business segment.

CME properties Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary company was appointed to manage the said properties. Todate the occupancy rate is approximately 80% and we expect full occupancy shorlty.
